Masks are required at Serene Valley Spa. Please respect the privacy of our team members and do not inquire about vaccination status.

Reservations cancelled with less than 2 working hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

 Full charge will be imposed for any ‘no show’ appointments. If you simply need to change your reservation to another time, please contact us at least 4 hours beforehand so we can accommodate you and other guests.

Our therapists can only provide the treatment within the time slot allowed, and will be unable to extend your appointment.

There are no minimum days! Once you have a confirmed date you would like to come down and the slot is available, we will book you in.You can reserve via 0793 711 366

For reservations, please provide us the following details: Name, phone number, date, time & preferred treatment.

As a courtesy to all we ask that a 24hour notice be given if you need to cancel your appointment 

Our Spa has all the rest, relaxation and treatment facilities you might expect from a spa experience.

In order to maintain the ambience, you would expect from a spa, we limit group bookings to a maximum of ten people per group. We only accept one large group booking per day. For large groups wishing to dine, our restaurant may ask for a pre-order.

Your physician can best advice you on which treatments are safe. We also suggest that you avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat.

We do have specific treatments and spa days that you can enjoy throughout pregnancy.

It is essential that you advice us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival and receiving your spa treatment so that we can ensure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask our advice when you make your booking.

Please notify the spa receptionist at the time you are making your appointments and your therapist at the beginning of your treatment. You will be informed if treatments are not recommended.

If you have a gender preference, please advise the spa reservations at the time of making your appointment.

Shaving is recommended but please be sure to do so at least six hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

At Serene Valley Spa all guests receiving spa treatments have not only the right, but also the responsibility to communicate openly with their therapist, aesthetician, hair stylist and/or nail technician about their service during the treatment.

 Any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should first be addressed directly with the individual who is providing the treatment during the treatment.

Our spa staff is renowned for their amazing diversity, breadth and depth of knowledge of the healing arts. We celebrate all their varied backgrounds and value their many skills, talents and gifts which they bring to Serene Valley Spa. If you have a special request to make your treatment more enjoyable such as dimmer lights, softer music, a lighter or heavier touch, an extra blanket, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask.


If there are certain things you wish your therapist NOT to do such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen or scalp/hair, please communicate your desires.


In addition, you have the obligation to let your therapist know about any health related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during the course of your treatment. This would include, but is not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries, diabetes, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, shellfish or iodine allergies, and any other allergies.


All of our services are designed to nurture, relax, restore and meet your specific needs. We welcome your input and feedback.

Honor the environment with silence; it is one of tranquility and relaxation. Remember that your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The use of cell phones, cameras and electronic devices is not permitted in the spa. Arrive early. Don’t cheat yourself out of your relaxation time.

We carry a full array of professional spa products so you can duplicate the benefits at home. We also deliver to you should you want to reorder upon returning home.

The aestheticians at Serene Valley Spa are trained to customize each of our facial treatments for your particular skin through skin analysis. This may mean that you do not receive the facial you booked but one rather more suited to your skin type.

Shaving is recommended but please be sure to do so no less than four hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Certain products may irritate newly-shaven skin.

(2 people in the same room at the same time?)

Sorry, at this time our spa is set up for individual private services. You may book two services at the same time, but you won’t be in the same room. However, you can enjoy other spa facilities together.

It is not recommended if you are just going home. If you are going for an occasion, back to work, or shopping for the day—Absolutely! Just remember to cleanse before bed.

Absolutely! We do massages, barber services, facials, body wraps, pedicures, manicures, and waxing on men of all ages.

In order to maintain peace in our treatment rooms please turn your phones off.

We always try to accommodate a group. Please try to schedule a group appointment at least a week in advance to ensure service time availability. The number of people we can accommodate is determined by the services they select.

Tipping is not mandatory, but always appreciated. Leaving gratuities for work well done seems to be the norm in the service industry. When clients ask us “what’s normal to leave a service provider,” our answer is “when we personally go to a spa for a service, we leave 10% to 20% of the price of the services provided. We tip just as we would tip.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If you feel that you would like to try another service provider feel free. Each staff member is unique in their touch and their view points. Your services will be done using the same procedure, but with a different touch. We are all teammates and want you, as our client, to feel comfortable trying services from another member of our team.
